Do you ship to my country?

We ship orders all over the world. If you want to know more detailed information, please check the dedicated "Shipping Info."

How much does the shipping cost?

  • Log in to your account, add the items to your cart, and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed;
  • The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package;
  • The destination country that the package ships to;

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors:

(this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, and any unforeseen circumstances) 
Please note the total time = processing time + shipping time

How can I track my order?
After that, you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information.

What is Insurance?

Insurance covers accidental damage and/or missing item(s) during the shipment process. Due to the nature of international shipping, damage and/or missing items during transit cannot always be entirely avoided or predicted. Should such a situation occur, and provided you have paid for insurance during the order checkout, we may contact the shipping company directly on your behalf to claim financial compensation.
 

Return & Exchanges

7-Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving our product. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Customer Service.

How to Reach Us

For defective, incorrect, or not described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
Go to our Support Center and describe the issue in detail, along with your order number and SKU product number.

Our Responsibility:

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
This solution is only when Hillyhut.com is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size.

Customer’s Responsibility:

  • Incorrect Order (Size of Item)
  If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from the warehouse) for an exchange.
  If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Unwanted Item
  If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 7 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We'll provide you with an RMA form and return address. Once you're authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.
If you do need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service to confirm in advance.
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchanges without prior return authorization first. 
If you are not satisfied with the products you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you.

And all return shipping fees shoulder be at the customer’s own expense. 

Please note the following product return requirements:
  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt;
  • Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and unwashed;
  • Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging, accessories, and embellishments fully intact;
  • Intimates, underwear, and bodysuits merchandise may not be returned.

 

Refunds

Once refunds have been processed, we recommend contacting your payment provider for updates.
The exact time can vary and is subject to the individual payment provider.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 - 10 business days after we receive your return.

All original shipping charges are non-refundable.
